Dekalb Co. Jail Upgrades.
Looks like they got the wind machine installed...
Hopefully, they will have the budget to finish all of the projects planned for the jail intake area. Here's a sneak peak of the design:

Obviously traumatized/ distraught. Brought in for being drunk in public. They should have a different category for charging folks who are that wasted...to the point where you have cracked your head and blood is dripping all over the place.
LK thought this guy looked like he was covered in gravy, I think it looks like dried oatmeal. Whatever it was, he sure looked pretty satisfied with it...Oh my gosh!!! I just had a surprise sneeze attack and a wayward snotball hit my computer screen. Anyway, the funny part is that it landed directly over the top of gravy/oatmeal guy...but I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE until I navigated away from the page. Holy!
